These terms apply when you use AutoScheduleMaker.com ("the site"), which is run by Yogi ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Free to use, as is

The tools are free, and you don't need an account. We provide the site "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that schedules saved in your browser will stay there. Clearing site data, using a private window or changing browsers can erase them, so download a copy of anything you need to keep.

For planning only: not legal, payroll or HR advice

Schedules, generated rotations, hour totals, pay estimates, overtime figures and shift-pattern information on this site are for planning only. They are not legal, payroll, tax or HR advice. Hour and pay figures are estimates based on what you enter and the simple assumptions explained on each page. They don't replace your payroll system, employment contracts or union agreements.

You're responsible for your schedules

You decide who works when. You're responsible for what you enter, for checking every schedule before you use it, and for following the federal, state and local labor laws and agreements that apply to you and the people you schedule, such as rules on overtime, breaks, minors and advance notice of schedules. These rules differ from state to state and city to city. If you're unsure, ask an employment attorney, accountant or HR professional.

Your content and share links

What you enter is yours, and we don't receive it (see the privacy policy). You may print, download and share the schedules you make, including for use in your business. Anyone who has a share link can see the schedule in it, so share carefully, and don't include information about other people that you aren't allowed to share.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or its hosting;
• use share links to spread spam, malware, or harmful or illegal content;
• scrape or copy the site in a way that disrupts it; or
• copy the site's text, design, code or logo and present them as your own.

The site's text, design, code and logo belong to Yogi. Links to other websites are provided for reference; we aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yogi won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, wages, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. That includes errors in schedules, hours or pay estimates, missed or understaffed shifts, and claims under labor laws. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to US $50.

Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
